Designed to accommodate both the Security and Safety needs (individual, property, social, and environmental) of Preston Farm’s residents as well as emerging trends in the delivery of these services, Preston Farm is conveniently located within minutes of public fire, rescue, and police protection services, will maintain its own private 24/7 on-site security operation, is within the service areas of (i.e. less than 30 minutes from) three major trauma facilities (Duke, UNC, and Wake Med), and will offer on-site management services to co-ordinate these activities.
